Couple months ago I purchased Marshall Headphones specifically Monitor II A. N. C. Everything went well till someday my Monitor II A. N. C going little bit crazy. When I turned the ANC on, the headphones feel windy. Then I try to contact Marshall Support about this issue, the responses was very good and they sent me a brand new headphones while letting me keeping the broken one. I’m so glad that for getting my replacement unit I didn’t have to do so much thing and Marshall take the responsibility for the issue. Thank you so much Marshall, especially Gosia from Marshall Support who help me to resolve this issue.

I have been a marshall user for years and it has still the same quality, the material, sound, and even improving. The monitor ii anc is comfortable to the ears even for long use. You can choose to be on ANC mode anytime which it do really cancels the unnecessary background noises but still has the sound quality. Very convenient.

Awesome sound, great news experience what with a few options of sound/noise cancelling which suits my every need and every setting and environment. . . am in love. . . didn't truly know my ears needed this experience.

Yes i got it in the sale but still for this price i didnt like the sound and bass quality of the headphones. Its just okay. . The ANC works like magic( it hides the tube screeching sounds so its amazing) but i started using my previous ones again for sound quality(MajorIV) . They also just turnoff suddenly while listening to music(yes the timer is turned off on the app). Was expecting more from this model. Would give it back if i could.
