Poorly made

Disappointed as I usually love MK but this is a waste of money. Magnet is weak so it doesn’t stay closed and the plastic brackets inside break easily so the phone slips out. I’ve had this case less than 4 months. Everyday use / avg wear and tear. Certainly not built for daily use.

I have had this case about 8 months and all of the corner holders for the phone have chipped away. For the cost, it is not worth it. I contacted Verizon about a replacement and there is no warranty. I do not recommend this case.

Bought one of these last fall. Terribly disappointed after just a few weeks. It was difficult to talk on the phone, the case wouldn't stay closed after I put a few cards in the slots, and I dropped my phone once and the entire plastic piece holding my phone shattered. This was a horrible purchase.

I bought this case at my local Verizon store and 2 weeks in the letters started turning bronze like and falling off .Also the Phone holder inside cracked and broke . DONT BUY!!!! Cheap for a MK Phone case

The wallet doesn't come with a strap and once you put 3 cards in the slots it stay closed.

I bought this case about a week ago and was disappointed, it has a ring on it for a carry strap & it didn't come with one, I called Michael Kors & they said they are not sold with them & you can't buy them separately. And after putting an ID & debit card it in and about a $20 bill it wouldn't stay closed with the magnetic strap. So, I returned it and exchanged it for the regular flat Michael Kors case. Which I like a whole lot better.

How do you talk on the phone when it won't come out of the case. You have to fold it back, hold the velcro strap away from your face and all in one hand. How is everyone else talking on their phones when it's in an MK case?

There are a few ways to place a call through the use of this great protective case. You may always pull the flap back, and or fold the front cover back as well. Another great option is to utilize a pair of earbuds or a Bluetooth headset if you wish to not fold the cover back. - Nicandro

Hello, about a week after buying this two of the gold letters have come off the front. I bought it at a verizon store on my account. What should I do for returning?

You can return it to any corporate store if you got it from one. If you made the purchase at an indirect location you want to return it to that store. - Marcus

I just received my case today through the mail. Does it not come with a STRAP to carry it ? It has the hook for it ? I'm a little disappointed in that as that's I'm looking for as well.

Why doesn't this product have a strap?? There's a good ring for a strap but no strap.....
