Hardware issue

I bought this Xbox on January 1st, worked great until May 23rd when the WiFi chip totally failed. It does not connect to WiFi anymore. I troubleshoot everything, reset it, and all my other devices connect to WiFi good. Microsoft said its hardware issue. Buyer beware. I think these are refurbished meaning you are not first owner, and previous owner sent faulty console back and they fixed and sell it to you. I am beyond frustrated and won’t buy products from Verizon again.

The XBox is fine! It is a gaming system i wanted for my grandchildren. In dec. we agreed with Verizon to take a deal that was offered. I move my house on to Verizon Internet and i would receive an extender, the XBox, controller and head set free. We received our WiFi modem right away and called Verizon to receive the extender. The XBox and accessories did not come. Between January 1 and Feb 26 Verizon we called Verizon around 6 times searching for the deal items. Finally the accessories came but no XBox. Again through the month of March Verizon was called at least 3 more times. Each time was the same story it will come in a few days. Finally while i was on a call with Verizon i personally ordered the XBox. I was charged $323. for the unit, but it came. The Verizon person i was speaking to admitted the XBox deal was all back ordered but he would be able to give me a $323 credit to my bill. My bill has the charge on it without the credit as of yet. We shall see how many more times i need to call about getting my credit that is due. The XBox is great!

I took two years to get this X box via the blak Friday promo and finally got it thanks to a very sweet Verizon agent that took time to submit the correct ticket and the team that fulfilled this request. After posting this Xbox, I truly love it and it’s worth the wait. It really benefits if you have the ultimate Xbox game pass because it gives you so many games to play. I know it’s not the newer system but that didn’t mean it’s not good to play on. It’s still a very good system.Highly recommend this product.

The Xbox Series X with disc drive has been unavailable for purchase through Verizon for a while now. Will Verizon be offering customers the ability to purchase a Series X console (with disc drive) again? If so, when?

You show pictures of the xbox with a disc drive for sale, you don't clame it's the digital one in the description but yet you answer all the questions saying there is no disc drive.. can someone please find out for sure if there's a disc drive

Not all Xbox consoles have a disc drive. The standard Xbox Series X model comes with a disc drive, allowing for both physical game discs and digital downloads. However, there is also an Xbox Series X All-Digital Edition that does not include a disc drive, relying solely on digital game purchases according to multiple tech sites.
