Needs improvement

I like the clip works great. The velcro is not secure enough. I added a hair tie to help hold my Samsung Note 10 plus. It falls out everytime I forget to use the hair tie. I sewed in extra velcro still doesn’t stay closed. My phone is 6.75 inches. I have been lucky with my phone. I am moving on to a new belt holder.

Love my New Clip Case Phone Holster. Definite Improvement over previous models which were excellent as well. This new one is got a hard exterior which for me means I won't be Butt Dialing if I don't put the phone on the home screen before I put it away. The Hard Shell prevents the phone from being triggered when I put it back in the holster and recalling the last person I talked to. My previous Nite Ize Phone Cases lasted about 3 years, and I can see this one going longer, cuz it's made out of Tougher Material. Like all Nite Ize products these were tested Exhaustively and are Excellent Quality and work perfectly Right out of the Gate. In Fact, I put mine in service right after I got it at the show ! Excellent cases. On my second one. I think the XL can be a touch bigger, but overall, great quality. Would like to see the Velcro redesigned. Added a press lock to hold the phone in snug.

But, did anyone look into why you don't ship to Alaska? Not publishing my review doesn't really matter to me. Getting the product does. Why do you have the policy that you don't ship to Alaska? Did you ask someone to fix it?

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I have tried other cases but this heavy duty nylon/velcro item is the best. It really takes rough handling and still stays secure on my belt. I don't worry about loosing my phone; I know it's safely secure in the case. (And it looks good wearing it). Thanks!
