im very upset. second OtterBox purchased same results. the Samsung 24 has curved screen cracked on curve again now have to replace again I wish they just said it will not protect curved edge

Just got replacement for otterbox defender about 4 weeks ago. The plastic frame around the phone already broke. This is the 4th defender I've had. Done with them. Their answer always is well your phone didn't break.

Ive always have bought the defender series for every smart phone I've had since the droid with the slide keyboard and this is the only one in 20 years that it seems the rubber on the outside is loose and stretched out way faster than previous years still great case but kinda wishing it didn't stretch out to the point of having to get a ua monarch and I miss the otter box

My old Otterbox had more of a "rubber" feel than my new Otterbox Symetry. My new one is like trying to hold onto a wet fish. Is there a better case ?
