Love otter boxes this is my fifth iPhone and all of them have had outer boxes. Every time I’ve traded in an iPhone I’m always asked if I used it because there’s no marks or anything on the case. Most times I’ve had my phone for five years before I trade them in.

Why is belt clip not included anymore?

Ordered new phone and always use otterbox defender case with the holster belt clip so I ordered a new one with the phone. Received package with case but the plastic belt clip is no longer included. It now has a code to order it on the website and it will be shipped separately. That should be in the description. It is still free with the code provided.

I really enjoy the defender series. HOWEVER, OtterBox Defender Series Pro for MagSafe for the 16 Pro Max is horrible because it has an open space o part of the cover. I don’t even need that open space- what is the point of that?? The whole idea of a case is to keep everything secure and covered - I understand that Apple put a camera button there which is completely unnecessary because we have the camera button on the face of the screen, hence OtterBox made a case with an open area, but they should also offer something without it being open because it defeats the whole purpose of a case ALSO, the current 16 Pro Max case is hard on the finger when you’re swiping up or side to side because the lip is too high.

Have been using otterbox defender cases for the last 15 years on phones and tablets. They are the toughest cases and I have never had a device damaged. My only complaint on the 16 pro case is the camera button hole. Why?!? It is the most annoying thing ever. Why leave it exposed? It bothers me enough that I really want to change cases, but I am afraid my phone won’t be protected with something else. It gets touched unintentionally ALL the time. It is awkward to hold and just all together a terrible design. If there was a different option that was the same durability I WOULD DEFINITELY CHANGE.
