This is a great case overall. Feels great in my hand and I love the pattern. The side cutout is a bit odd… I worry about the phone being vulnerable to damage.

There is a huge gap over the camera control button where the screen is completely exposed with NO protection. Within, two weeks, my daughter’s phone had a huge chip in the screen protector in this area. Hoped the phone screen isn’t actually damaged. This design is horrible, and I have been an Otterbox only phone case purchased for over 20 years.

Failed to protect camera

I was sitting on a park bench, went to put my phone in my back pocket and it slipped out of my hand. To my surprise, one of the three camera lenses cracked! It was such a small fall and I did not expect this to happen with an otter box case. I thought the ridges around the camera would protect it but, nope! I’ve had my phone for only two weeks and now the camera is broken. Don’t buy this case, truly. Not sure how this is an Otterbox nor how this model passed quality assurance.

I have had the phone 2 months and the back has cracked. I have 3 kiddos 9 and under so I went with the defender for safety. I have always used life proof/otter box and never broken a phone before.

Does the case come with a screen protector?? Does the case wrap around phone and keep it protected?
