The actual phone service is good. The instore customer service is good. The online and speaking to a agent on the phone service sucks. I had a problem that I needed to speak to a rep. from the store about, the number for the store that I found online was supposed to be for the store in Siloam Springs Arkansas it got me someone in the state of Georgia. I found another number and then I got someone from a foreign country so I found yet another number and called it. Guess what? I got another foreign country. Needless to say I was more than upset. I finally gave up and drove the 30 something miles to the store and had the problem resolved. The Verizon company should only have rep's from the U S A that can speak english! I strongly and still am considering changing companies

I like the case itself. It's fairly sturdy without being too bulky, but you can't feel the power and volume buttons very well and I can't turn it down quickly like I did with my past pixel phones and cases.
