I ordered this because it stated it was for the iPhone 12 mini it was not. It was for the iPhone 14. It wasn't worth the hassle to return. I put it on the free table at work. Will not be ordering anything online from Verizon.

To start with, the area around the volume buttons bowed out pretty soon after putting the case on my phone. Secondly, this is the first time Otterbox has failed me. I have always had the defender case, but went with the pretty case. Bad choice. My phone dropped from a relatively low distance, landed on its back and the back glass and area around the camera lens completely shattered. My phone not only is cracked, but I had to file a claim for a new phone because it no longer works.

Very sleek and stylish case! I like the fact that it’s simple to put on and smooth on my fingers when handling my phone. I appreciate the OtterBox brand as well so I trust them. All my iPhones have been safe when using OtterBox throughout the years!
