Wanted a keyboard so I could use this as a low-tech laptop for work, school, and travel. That said, this barely functions as such. You don't have a choice in the angle of the screen and the keyboard doesn't always connect when "plugged into" the tablet. I also have issues with the lack of a track pad, making it necessary to use the screen to navigate websites that are not always touchscreen friendly. Ended up getting a different one for a quarter of the price that is much more flexible/adaptable to my needs.

I am so disappointed in this keyboard product but let me list both the good and and bad. The GOOD is that it is 1)light weight, 3)keyboard size 4)tactile feel of keys. Now the BAD: 1)cannot adjust angle as you could with a 'kick-stand' on their previous model 3)keyboard just will not stay on tablet (weak or partial magnetic grip) - it falls off nearly every time you close it. Now the Ugly: 1)pen cover is just stupid and it falls off - separate plastic gizmo 2) constantly losing stupid pet when case detaches.
If I could give 0 stars I would, and beyond 15 days easy return with no reasonable alternative.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I love everything about this keyboard. The only reason I gave it four stars, instead of five is because it could be a little sturdier. I also wish that these keyboards had some kind of protection on the tablet itself. The ease of the keyboard and connection are pretty great though. I do recommend.

Not the best design for a tablet keyboard

The keyboard works well as a keyboard but since it's integrated into the case, it makes it difficult to use the tablet as a tablet. If you fold the case behind the tablet to hold it while you use it or to lay it flat, the keys wind up facing outward. They're not connected to the tablet in that configuration, so you don't need to worry about button presses, but they make holding the tablet awkward.

$230+ for a "case" that won't protect your tablet from any sort of fall or almost thing else. But oh there's a key that opens ai. Cause suddenly voice commands don't work or something? This is ridiculous. Well surely the keys backlight so you can actually see them. Nope. Folding it all the way over feels like your key smashing, taking off the keyboard just gets annoying and makes you look like a tool snapping it back on. Have I mentioned it's price yet? Are you serious?! Someone PLEASE justify how something that costed $13 or so for them to make is costing a consumer this much. I'll wait

Overall I like this cover. Unfortunately the Ctrl key does not work, and apparently this is a common problem. It's frustrating that a Samsung keyboard doesn't work well with a Samsung tablet.

Cheap build quality and bad durability

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this product. Everything sticks to the case due to the material. It's really difficult to clean and it scratches easily. I haven't even used it heavily and 2 of the keys (3 and }]) have fallen off and I can't re-attach them. It's would be a bad keyboard case even if it was $50. But the fact that I bought it for over $200 is insane and a ripoff
