Hi Gary! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3! It's great to see that you love the sound from your Buds3. We appreciate your observations. It sounds like you’re still getting used to the fit, which is totally understandable. Just a quick reminder that the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they don’t have earbud tips. To get the best experience, make sure to place them correctly in your ears: check the bottom for the L and R directional marks. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Also, don't forget to angle the blade slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can rotate the buds forwards and backwards as needed until you find that perfect fit. This should help with any challenges you’re having with them staying in place. Enjoy your listening experience, and feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support for any further questions or concerns. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-PlusSamsung US Originally posted on Samsung US

We appreciate you sharing your honest feedback regarding the Galaxy Buds3, Sandy. It's great to see that they have worked well for you overall but we'd like to help you achieve a better fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds rather than canal-type ones, so they do not come with ear tips. To begin, simply place the earbuds in your ears and look for the directional marks on the bottom—they will indicate "L" for the left ear and "R" for the right ear. Insert the R bud into your right ear, ensuring the "R" is facing you, and the L bud into your left ear, with the "L" facing you. Gently angle the earbuds so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds slightly forward or backward until they feel comfortable. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Pete! We're glad you love the sound quality. We completely understand your concern about the fit. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds without ear tips, it can take a bit of adjusting to find that perfect fit.
