These are the worst headphones I have ever bought. They hurt my ears so badly after just a short time of wearing them. They are extremely uncomfortable and not designed well at all. I honestly regret buying them. Total waste of money. I would not recommend these to anyone.

These are great headphones. The only downside is the shape of the ear piece. It can be finicky to get back into the case at times. Really my only complaint! Love my galaxy buds.

These were the very mediocre buds that I have owned. The left bud went out just after the warranty. My wife couldnt hear me clearly every time we talked.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I wish I could have something like these implanted into my ear canals because these things are Awesome! I have had a few of the older generations of the buds/pro buds in the past over the years, and they did get better and better every time, but these really do make music sound great! Bass response is top notch!!! Everything just works the way its supposed to. Only minor complaint would be that I wish that the battery would last a whole 8 hour work day full blast, but I know that isn't an easy feat in such a small package.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I ordered Buds3 and I always have trouble putting earbuds with the silicone tip. They do come with two other different sizes and I have tried both small and medium. In the app it will assist you to ensure you have a good seal and WOW once I had them in my ear the sound was AMAZING! The noise cancellation, cancels all sounds, perfect for air travel...no more popping of the ears.

I was really excited for these as I had the first generation galaxy buds and they were my favorite headphones. ....sadly these are not great. Besides the fact the fit is wonky the sound sometimes cracks and my biggest issue is that no one can ever hear me if I try to use them on a call. I have to disconnect them and use the phone itself which is inconvenient. Half the reason I bought the headphones was so I could talk on the phone. The charging is terrible if the headphones are not perfectly clean or perfectly in there they won't charge. I am so disappointed I spent the money on these I will never buy another Samsung headphone again. My husband tried to convince me to get a different brand and I said no my last Samsung headphones were great. Can't believe I am saying this but i should have listened to my husband, lesson learned.

I have had all iterations of the samsung buds. The the bud+ where the best fitting i have ever had because of the fins. The pros when they stay in the ear are fine but any movement and they will fall out
