Please make sure to check out the directional markings on the earbuds—“L” for the left and “R” for the right—when inserting them. Position the right earbud in your right ear with the “R” facing you, and do the same for the left one. We’ve also found that angling the earbud so the microphone points toward your mouth rather than hanging straight down can enhance your experience even more. Additionally, don’t hesitate to rotate them slightly until they feel just right. To ensure you're getting the perfect fit, we recommend running the earbud fit test available in the Galaxy Wearable app. It’s a helpful tool that can guide you toward achieving the best possible fit and sound experience.
