The battery life is amazing. The fast charging of the ring - its amazing. Really appreciate the auto tracking that kicks in after movement and when the Galaxy 7 watch is not being worn is perfect harmony between devices.

I was very happy and excited about this ring. Not anymore. Metrics are good, but it doesn't matter if its dead. The ring does not hold a charge. I have to charge this thing everyday or its caput. Dissapointed to say the least.

I love my ring. I am not sure how long it lasts because I charge it every 5 days. I love how comfortable it feels and the fact that I can review my sleep every morning.

I initially ordered gold, which clashed with actual gold. I then ordered black. After 20 days, the color started coming off in places. I don't work with my hands. The other downside is that the green light of the ring wakes me up at night. Every time I rolled over or moved my hands, the light shone,

Wipe the ring with a soft cloth or rinse it using a soap-free detergent. Make sure to dry it thoroughly. > Prevent the ring from being exposed to dust, sweat, ink, oil, and chemical products such as cosmetics, antibacterial sprays, hand cleaners, detergents, and insecticides. The ring’s exterior and interior may become damaged, which may result in poor performance. Love that I can track all my Samsung Health stats from a ring. Sometimes I just don't want to wear my watch, like when I'm sleeping or working out so it's so nice to have just a ring on your finger that you hardly know is there. For me, it's been a game changer. The battery lasts at least a week so that's a huge bonus not having to charge it daily. It's important to note that it's so important to try on the ring sizers before buying. The do not correspond to regular ring sizes that closely.
