My wife and I bought our rings in Nov 2024. As one who is deeply immersed in the Samsung ecosystem, it hurts me to write this. Does the watch do a good job with recording what it needs to? Yes. But the batteries had gone kaput, immediately after a year. My wife's was first. I thought it was because she always kept it full. It became so bad that you cannot guarantee that her battery will last the night. Mine started acting out about 3 weeks ago. Same problem. I need to monitor my sleep very well with the ring, instead of the watch, as I work at nights only and have to keep track of my sleep on the average. I cannot guarantee that the ring will give me up to 6 hours of monitoring. It is that bad. Imagine paying almost 400 dollars for a device that last barely year.
I would not advice one to buy the ring if one hopes to get a good use out of it. My wife traded in here for a Ring Conn. I believe I would be doing same too.

Best purchase I’ve made! My ring tracks my sleep, cycle, stress levels, and so much more. The best part is that it’s waterproof, so I don’t have to take it off when washing my hands or showering. The battery life also lasts a long time. I 100% recommend it! 👌

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
Works great and is very comfortable. Sometimes it records a nap when I'm just sitting, other times it miscalculated my sleep duration. Other than that it is accurate 98% of the time. I primarily bought it to wear at night as my watch always died and was to uncomfortable to wear.

I’ve been really happy with my Samsung Ring. The design looks great and it feels very premium, but the best part is how light it is—never heavy or annoying to wear. It’s very comfortable, even for long periods and while sleeping.
The readings have been accurate and consistent for me, which makes it easy to trust the tracking day to day. Overall, it’s a well-designed, comfortable ring that delivers solid performance.

Very comfortable with a good battery life. The Samsung Health app is easy to use, and the information informative. It's a lot more convenient than a smart watch for casual use.
