I was very happy and excited about this ring. Not anymore. Metrics are good, but it doesn't matter if its dead. The ring does not hold a charge. I have to charge this thing everyday or its caput. Dissapointed to say the least.

I love my ring. I am not sure how long it lasts because I charge it every 5 days. I love how comfortable it feels and the fact that I can review my sleep every morning.

I initially ordered gold, which clashed with actual gold. I then ordered black. After 20 days, the color started coming off in places. I don't work with my hands. The other downside is that the green light of the ring wakes me up at night. Every time I rolled over or moved my hands, the light shone,

Wipe the ring with a soft cloth or rinse it using a soap-free detergent. Make sure to dry it thoroughly. > Prevent the ring from being exposed to dust, sweat, ink, oil, and chemical products such as cosmetics, antibacterial sprays, hand cleaners, detergents, and insecticides. The ring’s exterior and interior may become damaged, which may result in poor performance. If the ring is exposed to any of these substances, clean it using a soft, lint-free cloth. > Skin irritation may be caused by soap, detergents, hand sanitizers, or cleaning agents left on the ring. > Never use external heat sources, ultrasonic waves, soap, cleaning agents, abrasive materials, or compressed air to clean the ring. Love that I can track all my Samsung Health stats from a ring. Sometimes I just don't want to wear my watch, like when I'm sleeping or working out so it's so nice to have just a ring on your finger that you hardly know is there. For me, it's been a game changer. The battery lasts at least a week so that's a huge bonus not having to charge it daily. It's important to note that it's so important to try on the ring sizers before buying. The do not correspond to regular ring sizes that closely.

Awful sleep tracking

Great for counting step, awful for sleep tracking and heart rate. The result is an insanely expensive step counter.
Sleep data always has an hour two gap with NO DATA at all, and this gap means your sleep times totals are inaccurate, which also affects your sleep and energy scores. Then, the sad yellow bouncy piece of toast appears to shame you for something that the ring and watch failed to do. I'm moving on to another brand of ring and watch. Samsung should be ashamed to even offer these devices at all.

Good start to track sleep and other work outs, but it doesn't seem to track when your phone is not with you when you walk or run. This would have been useful if it can track your locoation and steps without your phone andnjust syncs when its within range again. Other than that, it just basically duplicates what your watch already does
