The product was what I wanted - it DOES include the plug. Unfortunately the representative I ordered with told me the cord was not included and had me order one separately. Not happy with the extra purchase that was NOT needed

Is the charger compatible with the S24 ultra?

Yes, Standard S24 cables only support 25W charging. You will also need a 45W Travel Adapter. Super-fast charging will not function with a standard charger. We recommend using the USB Type-C, 5A charging cable that comes with the 45W charger. -Joe
