Controls very difficult. Diagram not helpful. If the headset turns off I have to take the headset completely off to find the on off button. Forget about adjusting the volume while it's on my head -- I have to find my phone and adjust it on the phone. SoundCore is not a brand which I will be purchasing again. Sound quality OK. Little soft ear pieces come off very easily. 😹

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I just received my earbuds and the sound is simply awesome. Setup was easy once you install the companion app. There is a brief update then you are good to go. They fit snug enough that they are not uncomfortable. In my opinion don't spend 200.00 for high end earbuds these for me are perfect.

When successfully connected with the first device, press and hold the volume up button and volume down button simultaneously for 3 seconds to pair with another device. Soundcore Life U2 can only play music on one mobile device at a time. -Joe
