[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that these can be used for multiple gaming consoles. I fully charged them before using for the first time. The sound is really crisp and clear. The microphone turns off when you flip it upwards.
This is a corded headset but the cord has ample length. It features a
12 hour battery life. Glasses friendly and has an adjustable head band. It comes with a type C charger cord. I would definitely say this is a great startup headset!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Turtle Beach Recon 200 really delivers on an immersive gaming experience.
I own a pair of Turtle Beach Recon 50P's and while a nice beginner's headset, the Recon 200's are a great upgrade that I didn't know I wanted.
Sound Quality:
When the headset is charged and turned on you get noise cancelling, crystal clear amplified audio and boosted bass. You can literally hear footsteps and which direction they are coming from, it makes you feel like you're in the game!
Comfortable and Glasses friendly:
I guess I never noticed how uncomfortable wearing glasses with a headset were until I wore them with these and they weren't pushing into the sides of head. The memory foam ear pads make these able to be worn for hours and not get sweaty and aching ears.
Mic:
The Flip-to-Mute mic is a nice touch. The Variable Mic Monitoring lets you hear your own voice, which is great for a soft spoken person like myself, who has a problem with my party not hearing me unless I'm "eating the mic".
Battery:
The battery takes about 2 hours to fully charge and lasts me through several gaming sessions. With a longer cord, you can also charge them while using them. I would like there to be an auto-off feature, as I forget to turn them off and waste the battery, but that's more on me and I'm not sure how the headset would know your not using them. They can be used without being turned on, but the difference in sound is noticeable.
Overall a very nice mid-priced headset. Clear sound, cool usable features and comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Turtle Beach headset. It is very comfortable even with glasses, no pressing the arms into the side of my head like some do. Noise canceling is a great feature. I have 4 older children and for the most part the mic did not pick them up in the background. I loved the shorter arm on the mic, we all know how annoying it can be to be talking and feeling like you're eating the mic. I thoroughly enjoyed my Turtle beach headset and have recommended it already to friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are beyond comfortable. My job requires me to listen to recorded calls all day as a quality assurance coordinator. This is the first set of headphones that do not make my ears hurt. The cushion is fantastic on them. They cancel out distracting noise which is great when there is something going on outside or the husband is home while I am working. I use them on a PC but you have the ability to use them on Xbox and PlayStation models. I also like that I can use this headset on Teams and on Webex/zoom. It’s nice to not have to dial in on my phone. The only thing I don’t like about them is that they are not wireless.

They work really well with their intended purpose, that is when plugged into a console controller. Specifically I use them with my Playstation 4. There is literally no setup, you just plug in and play. The only draw back is if you are going to use them for something other than the controller, the cord is a little short. The sound that comes through is really good and is at its best when charged. The audio is still decent when not charged. The ear pieces are comfortable; and it is overall light weight. I would definitely recommend this product.

Wish I could afford a truly wireless unit but until then having these only needing one cored and having great battery life to support the rest of headset is great.
