Intelligently designed to be your sole metric for sleep health, it assesses your total sleep duration, resting heart rate, and restfulness, creating a comprehensive picture of your sleep quality.

With the right nudges and biofeedback, it helps you stay active and optimize for better cardiovascular functioning. Developed to help you get in more movement, more often, Ring AIR also helps you track your steps, calories, and workouts.

Recovery score
Get insights into various recovery signals your body sends throughout the day, enabling a deeper comprehension of its needs. It is derived from a blend of key metrics, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV) and Skin Temperature, interpreting the signals your body sends and enabling you to monitor your overall well-being.

Not worth the money

My wife bought me 1 a little over a year ago. Wasn’t very user friendly. All of the options that you would like to use cost extra. Not very cool after spending $350 for it to start. But it was a gift so I wanted to give it another try. Couldn’t get it to connect. I followed all of the instructions for troubleshooting. It finally said the ring is defective contact customer support for a replacement. I contacted customer support and the ring was 1 month past the 1 year warranty. They offered to sell me a new ring but that was it. No discount or offer to try and fix it. Nothing. So apparently their rings only last as long as the warranty. New buyers, beware. Not worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use Ultrahuman ring everyday and most of the data points are reallyuseful, sleep cycle info in particular. However, their activity tracking still needs inprovement i.e. it records steps when I'm riding a motobike and does not pick up other activity like pilates even when I upload them manually. Really hopethis will be corrected with further software updates

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] DON'T BUY IT! I bought my ring in the spring and already will not hold a charge longer than 7 hours. I have done multiple resets on the ring, checked all settings to ensure other apps are not draining the battery and still will not hold a charge. Since it will not hold a charge longer than the 7 hours, i cannot even use it to gather data on my sleep, limited thru the day as well and have to charge it just to even track steps. Buy the Oura!

I have my ring for around 5 months. Very happy with it in the beginning but starting one month ago, the battery drains very quick. It used to last 3 to 4 days but now I have to charge it 2 times a day, which is so frustrating! I tried the troubleshooting guide, drain it for 4 days and charge it. I'm using the chill mode. I don't know what other solution to try. It's a bad value for the money I spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with the ring. More of a health tracker versus fitness tracker. It doesn’t seem to pick up exercise automatically and if I indicate I’m exercising it often loses connection with the HR seeming very off or inconsistent. I enjoy the sleep and stress tracker. Over the past month, the battery has drained very fast. After charging it’ll tell me to charge again 4-5 hours later. I reset the ring and updated the software without improvement.

Can you wear the ring on your thumb? Like a thumb ring?

Does this require you to add another line to your Verizon account? I would love to have one but don’t want to have too add another line to my account. Already have the latest and greatest Apple Watch that required me to add another line.
