Only one pattern offered which was the camo. I only bought this because I needed something for my phone right away and I needed something guaranteed to work until I can find a better replacement. It makes the phone a lot larger to carry and hold, which is not comfortable in my hand. A very pragmatic choice for me, but I'll be on the search for an option better suited for my needs.
