Yes, I'd recommend this product.
This is definitely a protective case. It's huge, but you can tell it will protect your phone. I like it, but there are no instructions or information on installation. It took me 45 minutes to figure out how to take the hard back shell casing off without snapping anything. You then need to be very careful with the internal screen frame inside the rubber portion. For that, I take off a star. It was frustrating to figure out. But, now that I know how to, it's not too bad.
