I’m sure it’s great, but I bought an iPhone 16 PRO and the tech gave me the wrong case so I had to go BACK to the store and exchange it.

I’ve had my phone for a week and am having a very difficult time learning to use it. Jumping from my iPhone 7 to the iPhone 16 has been more distressing than fun. I wish I’d asked for more basic user instruction before leaving the Verizon store. I can’t even make a phone call yet unless the number is on my contact list.
