It was shipped super-fast and is working great. The only complaint was not being able to do the whole payment online for the phone and I had to put the cost of the phone to my monthly bill. Then I went to the store to pay it all off and was told I had to wait until my monthly bill was posted to pay it off. Also, they didn't have the case in store so had to but it elsewhere.

Ordered on 25 April, credit card was charged that same day, estimated delivery was 2 May, and I am still waiting for the phone to be shipped on 7 May, Although Verizon promises to provide a delivery update soon, they have yet to do so. Trying to decide if I want to cancel and order a phone from apple or just continue to wait.
