My iPhone went into brick mode with SIM card issues. No black screen, I could tap an app icon but nothing worked. That went on for two weeks. It would suddenly “wake up” & then a brick. I looked over the new phones & prices. I’m a senior adult & do not require the latest or fanciest. So I chose the iPhone 12 in the pretty blue and paid in full. No monthly charge for a new phone. The only problem I have is I don’t have home Wi-Fi. I had to pay extra for Verizon to activate it, after paying the $35 upgrade fee. I’m happy with the phone.

It’s really a great step up from my iPhone 6s that I had for 10 years. Love the battery life. Great camera, especially in the night mode. Great fast performance and network connectivity. The bigger screen and the way you can arrange everything like the stack folders for your personal use is too cool! It also runs IOS 14. For me, the iPhone 12 is truly a great step up !!!

I'm still not able to fully use my phone. My texts are limited and some don't send or receive. Apple won't send my a pass code to get back into their system for three weeks. Not a good look.

Waited 1-1/2 hours at Verizon store just to get a salesperson to wait on me. They advertise on tv trade in any old cell phone and you will get a new Titanium phone. Not true..you must have a newer phone to trade in.

However, we do offer device payment agreements (where the full cost of the phone is broken into 24 installment payments over 24 bills) and the option to purchase the phone at full retail upfront.
