WORST EXPERIENCE TO DATE

Nightmare doesn’t begin to cover the scope of this phone upgrade. Sixteen hours on the line with “customer support” plus two visits to physical Verizon stores where we were told “we can’t help you, we just call the same number you do” and we’re ready to drop all Verizon lines and pay whatever fees are required to get away. Frustration in spades as all phones on the account are now affected, zero hotspot ability, zero access to the app, and worst, a business line that Verizon insists doesn’t exist despite having five years of use. WHAT. THE. WHAT!?!? How Verizon can continue with offshore “help” and zero accountability is a serious question all users should consider. It’s a debacle. Meanwhile, our business cannot function and we’re in a constant loop of “customer support” wherein each new person can see zero notes about what has transpired, so we start from zero each time we attempt to get our business line working again, not to mention unlocking our half frozen personal lines. At this point, I’d say RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

I need my phone unlocked and everyone I've taken it too says I have to wipe it clean and go back to factory default. I will lose everything on it. Is there anything you can do? I can't get in my phone to go to factory default. Please tell me what to do.

Is the warranty on cpo iPhones 90 days or one year? The info says 90 but an FAQ response says one year.
