I was sent a refurbished phone so I understand it’s not gonna be brand new however this phone would not charge so I got another phone. I kept the original charger and guess what the charger doesn’t work so I don’t like that as a customer. It really made me angry then you guys use FedEx, and he delivered it attempted to deliver it the first time to the wrong address, then delivered it again never knocked on the door never got a signature, but the email I received from FedEx says he obtained a signature. I don’t like stuff like that.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Phone arrived in perfect condition. Still learning some of the new features but I love the larger screen and easy use of this phone.

Well, honestly, I don't recommend it because they ship them with half the battery life. Hey, the phones come with 88% battery, so that battery won't last.

I ordered it almost a month ago and it never came, even though it was supposed to be shipped next day! They’re still making me pay the taxes on it on the next bill. I contacted them two weeks ago and was told it was out of stock and I had to wait, but it looks like it will never be in stock, so all they did was rip me off on what they charged me for taxes. If they start making me pay every month for the line on it I will be really upset! Why should I pay for absolutely nothing?!
