I ordered it almost a month ago and it never came, even though it was supposed to be shipped next day! They’re still making me pay the taxes on it on the next bill. I contacted them two weeks ago and was told it was out of stock and I had to wait, but it looks like it will never be in stock, so all they did was rip me off on what they charged me for taxes. If they start making me pay every month for the line on it I will be really upset! Why should I pay for absolutely nothing?!

M . Honestly, the worst purchase I’ve ever made in my life and it’s not even the phone. I ordered the phone on April 1 and paid for next day shipping and I still haven’t received the phone at the time making this review and it is now April 12. I think it’s a problem with Verizon not Apple at all and when I called multiple times to try and receive my order or get a refund, they kept trying to show the iPhone 16 down my throat so I believe Verizon purposely lost my order or didn’t complete my order in order to try and promote the 16 promotion they have going on.
