This phone is truly remarkable in just about everything I require it to do. Switches from android to this 14pro max, and I’m happy I did. INCREDIBLE battery life..just awesomeness

The fragility of this phone is absolutely insane!! A totally completely glass back that breaks so easily and chips away. The entire phone and the way that it functions is faulty, cheap, and disappointing. I am grateful though that this one will be my last!

Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
FaceTime: FaceTime calling requires a FaceTime-enabled device for the caller and recipient and a Wi-Fi connection. Availability over a cellular network depends on carrier policies; data charges may apply.

my daughter has had nothing but trouble with this camera from day 1. she is very dissappointed but we on the hook for the remaining balance of $1000 left on the phone. Apple is no help at all

Even if it’s $0.00 don’t buy this phone. It’s been a NIGHTMARE from day one. Between the absolutely AWFUL battery life, the horrible camera quality, every single time I have an issue with this phone I can get no support. Verizon and Apple both refuse to acknowledge the phone is CLEARLY messed up. Verizon and I spent hours just trying to activate the E-Sim. HANDS DOWN THIS IS THE LAST IPHONE I WILL OWN. You used to be able to get some customer service out of Apple or Verizon & not they either want me to pay $200+ for a refurbished phone when this phone isn’t even 3 months old. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. As soon as I am able to I am switching away from iPhone & Verizon. Maybe I’ll actually get quality service too.

this phone breaks so easily, they just made a duplicate of the 14 and said its better. ughh i do not recommend. i need a new phone imminently or even the 14.
