Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.

I purchased the certified pre owned iPhone 14 Pro Max. When it arrived I unwrapped it to see front speaker was plugged with what I can only assume was makeup, the charging port clearly had signs of some type of liquid stains and the buttons were full of dirt. Instead of paying the $40 to have it cleaned I simply returned the product. I will never buy a pre owned phone again.

If they want that fifth star, they’ll do something about the glass overlay. The hardware is quite sufficient and I have no problems with the any physical part of the phone. I know getting one without a camera is going to be impossible so no points docked for that. all my complaints sit with the OS operation features. Like Siri, not being able to be removed and the app market not being as robust and I’m accustomed to. At least I’m not having my information stolen while I’m sleeping or in phone calls or during company meetings. It is literally a violation of my. EULA to own a Google product anymore.
