2 issues I do not like that I liked on my Iphone 8+. 1.I prefer having the old home button. Was much simpler. 2. I do a lot of screen shots. The “back tap” feature is absolutely horrible. With or without a case. It sux. Especially if the phone is in a horizontal position is worse. It can take me 2-3 minutes (at times) to get it to function. Amount of pressure or cadence does not matter. I hate this function.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I only rated it 3 stars because it took a little longer to get my phone in the mail. Also I don’t believe I am on the prepaid. I have the unlimited plan. But so far the service overall is awesome and I like the iPhone I chose, thinking I should have went with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The iPhone 15 plus is a great transition from the Samsung I was on before.

iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max are splash, water, and dust resistant and were tested under controlled laboratory conditions with a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 6 meters up to 30 minutes). Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions. Resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
The display has rounded corners. When measured as a standard rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15) or 6.69 inches (iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Plus) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration; see apple.com/batteries for more information.
Service is included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 15 model. Connection and response times vary based on location, site conditions, and other factors. See support.apple.com/en-us/HT213885 for more information.

Service to set up the new phone was painful. We needed to contact customer service three times in order to complete the port process to bring over a phone number. It took over a week for incoming calls to begin working

It took over a week for service, I spent about 7 hours with your service team and well over 9 phone calls into your service sept. 775-400-9998 you may check all the logs for verification. I had port issues, along with other issues. I paid an upfront cost of 58.00 to purchase the phone and then was notified to pay another payment of 128.00. This was paid and I couldn't use the phone due to the port problems. This was a terrible investment.
