I had my first one for just over a month. Then the fold screen would not turn on. We took it in, and while the store manager was looking at it the screen cracked down the middle while he was trying to cycle it open and shut. Initially I wanted to turn it back in and get a non-foldable phone, but it was too late to do that. We had to settle on the warranty. The warranty does not replace the screen, they just sent me a new phone and I had to transfer everything over and send them the old phone. I'm rating the phone here, not the service which has always been good. However, when I got the replacement, on the foldable screen there was a pixel line out on the left side, and shortly after the top left corner went dark. It's been that way for about 2 years. I never use the fold screen; initially I wanted it to emulate dual screen, which it can but each time it's a hassle. I mostly need dual screen when I'm looking for information off my phone while on a phone call, and the way to make it dual screen makes it difficult to be on a call at the time. Overall, it wasn't what I needed or expected, and even using the big screen doesn't make videos always larger, sometimes it clips the video such that it's better to close the screen and rotate the front screen, so why even have one?

just got off phone to warranty my now 2nd pixel fold 53minute phone call transferred to 5 people now 3rd fold on the way , wouldn't swap me to different phone of equal value so i am stuck with another fold . issues of old phones the middle screen and charge port quit working like the 2 phones before both only lasted 8 and 6 months . they were great phones while they worked but 100 percent unreliable , steer clear of the pixel fold
