Thank you for your review. It is true that the performance of lithium-ion batteries can be impacted by cold temperatures. You might want to carry your DuraForce Ultra inside a pocket or simply be prepared for the battery to last a shorter time in the cold. Regarding the reminders for missed calls or incoming text messages, it is true that the phone doesn't provided audible reminders. This is a feature on our basic phones, but not part of the smartphone platform. It utilizes visual reminders, like the blinking LED on the outside of the phone and notifications in the UI.
