Have been with Verizon for years and always enjoyed it even when we have to buy a new phone. Guess things change the people at the store could really care less about what we wanted. The biggest joke, more people to sign you up to get waited on so one of the two people they had could see what you wanted. They said they could help you with the phone but will charge. Ya gotta be kidding. The last phone we purchased at another town and store bent over backwards to help us with anything and everything.
