This phone is no good, I thought by upgrading to this phone would give me 5G and great pictures. I recieved neither. I do not get any 5G in the Sacramento area where I live at home and a poor poor signal as well in 4G. Verizon is no good! They have been no good for years, theye will never get any better.

This phone is garbage. Freezes constantly. Crashes regularly. And good luck trying to text. After an update, my keyboard went all crazy. It now takes forever to write a message because it changes all my words. Don't buy this!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

After using one for almost a year and with my wife VERY frustrated with her xxx phone she decided to go with this one. She has been VERY happy with just about everything about it. Here are some of the details- 1- she gets reception where she never did with the xxxx 2- it actually responds the way she expects it to- no more beating on a phone to TRY to get it to function correctly. 3- she really likes the camera as well 4- so while the xxxx she had was rated to have excellent battery life this one has been fine for her too. 5- I'm a happy camper too- no more screaming about how her silly phone just plain didn't work right! And since we both have the Samsung now, I can easily help her too.

I purchased this phone almost 2 yrs now. I have had several Samsung phones and have loved them all. I had the Note 8 prior to this FE 20. This was certainly a downgrade, of course. I dropped the Note 8 in boiling hot water two months after I had paid it off therefore, I wanted something that day and that was reasonably priced. This phone is the worse. Freezes up constantly having to restart. Please do not dare to use talk-to-text, no option to click on the incorrect word to correct it. Gave up on the finger print sign in. I had to reset my fingerprint several times to the point of just using a code. Face recognition even worse. I hated to waste my hard earned money paying this phone off... I Definitely need a new phone. I cannot take this much longer. I have suffered long enough!! Now I am back in the market for a new, better phone, possibly spending over $1k just to have a cell phone that functions properly. VERIZON...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! Guess I got what I paid for...smh

I had the note for several years and loved it. The note became outdated, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. So here we are, and the price is right. Gliches from the start. The keypad would stick on numbers that were in my password and I would have to type the password 2 or 3 times. My wife said dump it for the Apple phone but I kept giving it chances because of the price. The other day, I pulled it out of my side case and it had done a factory reset and i lost my pictures and older texts. I slammed the phone on the ground in frustration. Now It doesn't work. It;s time to give Apple a try.

I have to say I have been a Samsung supporter for about 10 years and I have refused to switch to Apple. This phone has made me seriously reconsider my stance. It freezes up constantly especially after the latest Android update. My daughter is using my wife's old iPhone 8 with no problems and I'm about to buy my 3rd Samsung phone. Who's the dummy?

The Galaxy S20 FE 5G does not have a dedicated port for ear buds. You can plug in through the charging port, either with a special pair of ear buds or with an adaptor you can use any pair. You also have the option to use wireless ear buds. - Andrew
