Battery last 4 hours if your online she dies! For bring refurbished and still charging $800 for this galaxy S21 I had s8: way old got it actually free and I had better battery life from that older version and also refurbished

The phone is heavy and too big to utilize with one hand. I've developed extreme pain in my right hand after using this phone for about a month. So thin that it's east to drop and even with a crackproof case on, it fell less than a foot and cracked all over the front and back of the phone. Doesn't hold good charge and refuses to take screenshots on app pages. Least favorite phone I've ever had. Probably going to go back to apple once I pay and arm and a leg to pay this crappy phone off.

This is an amazing phone I had one for 3 years I just got the new samsung galaxy s24 ultra and this is still a much better phone because of the screen size it's great for watching videos movies or anything else I would definitely get this phone

-The camera doesn't work. It will not focus at all. All my pictures are blurry. -The phone freezes and forces me to close apps constantly. -The galaxy keyboard and messenger app are terrible. I will be returning this phone, probably for a google Pixel.
