It don't work good when it at low signal to recieve data so I switch my iPhone I m frustrate that yall keep send me crap phone

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This review is about Verizon—not the phone itself. I bought this phone years ago with a trade-in promotion. I was told the credit would show up on my bill after a few months. It never did. I called Verizon, and they said I had to go back to the store where I purchased it. Problem is, I had moved over an hour away. When I finally made the trip, the store told me it had been too long and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward a year—I was still angry and decided to switch providers. I paid off all my devices and disconnected everything. I asked multiple times if I owed anything else. They said no. Then I got a bill. I called, and they admitted it was a mistake and said they'd remove it. A week later, I got another bill. This time they said I had to pay it and refused to release chat logs or old bills that showed I had paid everything. Verizon will squeeze every dollar they can out of you and take zero accountability. I don’t even want to pay this “final” bill because I have no confidence it’ll actually be the last. Go with literally any other provider.

It is so slow and lags more often than I like to admit. It says it supports 5G network, but I can barely get a signal at all, unless I walk with it held high in the air. I have to rely on my additional WiFi devices. I have always been an android and Samsung purchaser (especially on the Note models), but my mind is telling me to try straightalk or another vendor. I would definately steer clear of this phone, and pray the other ones aren't as bad.

Expensive Phone with Constantly Regressing Features

This is my 5th Samsung phone in over a decade. The new features are never explained nor shown. Alarms are skipped constantly. I've had to set my iPad alarm to wake up and will watch my phone not sound. The vibration stopped working properly after 1 month. I'm at the point where I'm waiting to pay off the phone to get an iPhone and never look back. I'll keep it for the camera and that's all. The Watch6 and phone constantly diwconnect from each other. Samsung support like all support is dwindling. You just have to spend your money and take whatever nonsense is thrown at you. You can't get better service. Nothing will improve. They're only going to add more and more auto features and AI.
