Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Easy to use, very similar to prior versions but love the AI enabled features, camera, QR, and subtle modernizations. Don't love the messaging app but getting used to it.

I cant really provide a review for the phone itself. I purchased this phone on 8/15. The store didn't have it in stock so they ordered it. I still don't have the phone. It hasn't even shipped! I've talked to a dozen people and no on seems to be able to help me get this phone that I've already purchased. Tomorrow will be two weeks since i purchased it and it was because my current phone is not working properly. I'm verry disappointed.

The phone is heavy and hard to turn off. I like the size and the color, I got the yellow. It is not much different from my last phone so it was easy to get around. Overall, it is a pretty good phone and I am happy.

This is, by far, the best phone I have ever owned. It is huge with a brilliant display. I love having a pen. It was so easy to setup...transferring everything from my old phone with no problem. I am still learning all the features, but so far it has been great.

This phone might be fine, but the nightmare Verizon put me through when I ordered this phone was the worst. Advertised as free, not true. When you turn it on it activates even if you dont want it to. When you try to switch activation back to original phone they flag you for suspicion of fraudulent activity and immediately shut down your line. NO WARNING!!!. The ONLY way to resolve this is to call an 800 number but unfortunately your phone is dead so Verizon pretty much says figure it out.

After LG stopped making smartphones, I shifted to the Samsung GALAXY series. This line of phones provides a full-featured handful of communication. Switching phones has always been a tedious process until Samsung perfected the smart switch. Your new GALAXY phone comes with a double-ended USB-C cable. Plug ends into your old and new phone; wait about 10 minutes; and your new phone is a carbon copy of the old phone (with all the new features enabled). It's a simple transition overall. One thing I do find annoying is the pre-loaded applications that come on the Verizon phone. It takes much longer than 10 minutes to search out and uninstall the chaff that comes installed on the new phone.

This phone does things I have not asked it to do and sometimes it is difficult to delete texts (won't let me unless I reboot) there are a few other minor issues as well (Performance is not good). Also, I ordered a second phone still has not arrived, what's up with that? I wish I could have purchased another phone just like my old one would have been much better. Would not recommend this phone.

Never received it...order arrive at Verizon store for pickup.. .email notified at 340pm to pick it up by 7pm....didn't read email until after 7pm because working.....phone order was canceled by Verizon.....contacted Customer Service....no satisfaction.. .no phone...been with Verizon over 20 yrs....ready to drop
