Verizon’s Security Assistance Team (VSAT) responds to legal demands served by US federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement, as well as law firms. VSAT ensures court orders, search warrants, subpoenas and other legal demands served upon Verizon are processed in compliance with all applicable laws, and coordinates court appearances for the Verizon Custodian of Records.
All Legal Demands should be submitted online via the VSAT Legal Intake.
Customer Records
VSAT only responds to legal processes. Customers can access bill copies, calling records, or text detail records by visiting My Verizon. Customers with difficulty doing so may contact Verizon Customer Service at 1.800.837.4966 for further assistance.
