Flyaway to Any NFL Team Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
These Official Rules contain limitations on liability and a binding arbitration clause that entrants must review and agree to prior to entering the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc. (“Sponsor”), One Verizon Way, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920. The Sweepstakes is administered by Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc. (“Administrator”), 5944 Luther Lane, Suite 500, Dallas TX 75225.
- The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 31, 2026 and ends at 8:59:59 p.m. ET on September 6, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The computer administering the Sweepstakes is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
- The Sweepstakes consists of 22 prize pools, each corresponding to an NFL Experience Prize listed below and further described in Section 4 and in the Appendix at the bottom of these Official Rules. During the entry process, you must designate your entry to one of the prize pools associated with an NFL Experience Prize. Entries will be grouped by each “NFL Experience Prize” and a random drawing will be conducted for each NFL Experience, for a total of 22 drawings.
- Total ARV of all prizes is $226,420.
- During the Sweepstakes Period, open the MyVerizon app (“App”), click on “Shine” and look for the Sweepstakes tile. Follow the entry prompts to complete the Sweepstakes registration form and designate your entry to one of the 22 NFL Experience Prizes as listed for the Sweepstakes. If you do not already use the App, download it on your web-enabled mobile device and complete the log in process to use it. Entrants should check their wireless service account for details on any applicable charges if entering via a mobile phone or device. Entrants are solely responsible for any wireless charges associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
- All entrants must have a valid email address. The name of the person submitting the entry must be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter, otherwise, entry may be deemed void. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be attributed to the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided during submission. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the person who is assigned to the email address by the online service provider. The potential winners may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that they are the Authorized Account Holder of such email account. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than one (1) entry per person by using multiple/different identities or registrations, or any other methods, will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. If it is discovered that an entrant used robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar methods of entry (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services), all entries by that entrant shall be voided.
- Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
- Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the service(s) you have; meaning: Limit one (1) Entry per mobile telephone number for mobile customers, or limit one (1) Entry per VHI account for home internet customers, for the entire Sweepstakes Period.
- 22 Prizes are available to be awarded for the Sweepstakes (one for each NFL Experience Prize). All prizes include Air Transportation and Hotel Accommodations in addition to other prize elements. Game tickets are not included for all prizes. Carefully review the complete prize description for each NFL Experience Prize in the Appendix and all information below (including the prize conditions).
- Air Transportation: For each prize, winner and winner’s guest will receive round-trip coach class air transportation (originating from a major airport near winner’s home to the Destination City as listed in the prize description).
- Hotel Accommodations: Each prize includes hotel accommodations for the specified number of nights as stated in the prize description. Winner and guest will share one double-occupancy hotel room.
- Use of the term “experience”: If the prize includes an “experience” of any kind, all details of such experience, including the date, time, location, nature and duration of the experience, shall be solely determined by the Sponsor or the applicable NFL Team.
- Use of the term “merchandise”: If a prize package includes merchandise of any kind, the Sponsor or applicable NFL Team will determine the specific item(s) to be awarded. All merchandise will be associated with, and/or display the logo of, the applicable NFL Team.
- “Meet and greet” or other player/celebrity appearances: This prize component has no cash value, is non-transferable, and no cash substitution will be provided if the winner chooses not to use it or if the player/celebrity becomes unavailable, for any reason.
- The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is listed in Section 2. ARVs are dependent upon the city/date/time of departure of all necessary flights.
Prize Conditions: Ground transportation and meals (other than as specified in the prize description, if any), parking, upgrades, gratuities (if a prize description includes a dinner, gratuity is included for the dinner), luggage fees, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Travel must be taken on the Travel Dates (as listed in the prize description); no alternative travel dates will be offered. A minor child may accompany winner as a guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. A minor guest must be accompanied at all times during all prize-related events by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Once the guest is selected, he or she may not be substituted, except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Should the winner elect to travel independently, no compensation will be provided for the unused portion. Winner must use Sponsor’s designated travel coordinator for all trip arrangements. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport, or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations and other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its reasonable control. If the winner resides within two-hundred fifty (250) miles of the Destination City, $200 will be awarded to the winner in lieu of air transportation. Selection of hotel, airline flights and seating on flights are solely within Sponsor’s discretion. Winner will be required to provide a credit card prior to hotel check-in and is solely responsible for all incidental charges and may be required to sign an additional liability release for the use of the accommodations. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., Real ID or passport) required for travel within the United States (including Puerto Rico). Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance), at their option, and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen, or damaged airline or prize-event tickets or passes, or any other prize element will not be replaced or exchanged. In the event the winner and/or the guest misses a scheduled airline flight (through no fault of Sponsor or Released Parties or due to Force Majeure), Sponsor and Released Parties will have no liability for any costs associated with changing or rebooking transportation. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize at any time and send winner and their guest home immediately if winner and/or their guest engages behavior that is illegal or is non-sportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any time during the trip.
If the winner is unable to attend a prize event on the date specified to winner at the time of notification, the prize will be forfeited. No alternative date(s) will be provided. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor for a canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled prize event. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor in the event of delay, postponement, or cancellation of a prize event. Winner agrees that the prize is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license and may not be sold, resold, used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding rescheduling or cancellation. Winner and their guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering a game or other prize event location. Winner and guest agree to comply with all applicable stadium or other venue regulations in connection with the prize. The NFL Entities (defined below) or venue operator reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or guest who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the prize event. The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their reasonable control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of, or the restriction on fans attending, any NFL game/event/exhibition or other prize event. NFL game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Ticket redemption requires a mobile ticketing app and is subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Winner may be required to provide a valid email address, download the applicable mobile ticketing app to their mobile device, and present tickets at stadium via mobile device. Winner is solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticket app. Seating assignments (if any) are in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- One potential winner for each prize pool will be randomly selected on or about September 8, 2026 from all eligible entries received per NFL Experience. Entries are only eligible for the prize pool in which they were designated. All drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final.
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for a given drawing.
- The potential winners will be notified by the Administrator, via email, within one business day of the random drawing. Potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to proceed with the prize award process and comply with additional instructions to be provided by Administrator. If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner will be selected, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
- The potential winners will also be required to complete, sign and return an IRS Form W-9 (including their social security number) and an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with a Publicity Release (where lawful) within 72 hours from the day and time of the email notification. The confirmed winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of their prize. The guest (or guest’s parent or legal guardian, if a minor) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release within the same time period as stated above.
- Background Check Requirement for winner and their guest: The potential winners and their guests may be required to consent to a background check. If required, the potential winners and their guests must pass the background check to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award that prize to an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries (time permitting).
- If (a) any notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, (b) a potential winner does not properly respond to a Sweepstakes notification (as stated above), (c) any required documents are not returned within the required time period (as stated above) or (d) a potential winner cannot be verified according to the specific prize requirements or is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated herein, such prize may be forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Upon forfeiture for any reason, no compensation shall be given. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for suspended or discontinued internet or wireless service or a change in a potential winner’s phone number, email address or mailing address which may result in a potential winner not receiving a prize notification or prize. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered emails, including notifications diverted to spam or junk folders by the winner’s email settings.
- Additional prize information will be provided to a potential winner at time of winner notification and/or confirmation.
- Any government employee who wins a prize may be subject to their jurisdiction's ethics and gift rules. Such winner is responsible for abiding by all applicable ethics and gift rules of their jurisdiction.
- By entering, entrants agree to abide by all terms and conditions and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
- Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. If a prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize, if any. Administrator will provide tax reporting forms to the appropriate federal and state authorities and the winners to the extent required by applicable law.
- If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
- Termination. If Sponsor cancels, terminates, modifies, or suspends this Sweepstakes for any reason (including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes), Sponsor will select the potential winner(s) by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (per prize pool) prior to termination, or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Sponsor does so, Sponsor will post notice of its action on the App.
- Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision of these Official Rules.
- By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties, and Instagram and Meta, from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, including travel thereto (if any).
- The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) entrant’s participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; (b) hardware or software errors, faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any internet or wireless providers, servers, hosts or other providers; (d) garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; (e) failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; (f) lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; (g) inaccessibility of the App in whole or in part of any reason; (h) traffic congestion on the Internet, the App; (i) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs or worms; (j) destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes; or (k) loss, miscount, misdirection, in accessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, technical, computer, network or human errors which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes; the uploading, processing of entries; or the announcement of a prize in any sweepstakes-related materials. Use of the App is at entrant’s own risk. Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or web-enabled device resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.
- The Released Parties are not responsible for any damages to, or loss of a prize caused by the winner’s actions, including but not limited to theft, neglect, or abuse of the prize.
- Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability, so the above may not apply to every entrant.
- Any personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the Sweepstakes and will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy available at https://www.verizon.com/about/privacy.
- Sponsor and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, suspension, postponement, or rescheduling of the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety (“Force Majeure”).
- THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND THE FORUM AND VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY IN NEW YORK COUNTY, NEW YORK. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”).
