2. ELIGIBILITY:
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older and age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry, who are Verizon postpaid wireless, mobile + wireless, or FIOS customers as of April 14, 2026. Employees of Verizon Corporate Services Group Inc. (the "Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), Fédération Internationale de Football Association ("FIFA"), Motorola Mobility LLC., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, governors, owners, partners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion/service agencies, dealers, licensors, agents, suppliers, and independent contractors (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and any governmental entities and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (defined as spouses, parents, siblings and children and anyone else residing in their same household) are not eligible for the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible consumers will have the opportunity to complete the Sweepstakes registration form ("Form") featured in the My Verizon app ("App") then click on My Access; for non-mobile users go to Verizon.com ("Site") to complete the Form. If you do not already have the App, you may download it for free on your web-enabled mobile device from either the App Store or Google Play, and log in to your Verizon account to access the Form to enter, or go to the Site and log in to your Verizon account and complete the Form. In completing the Form, consumers will need to provide the email address associated with their account and select one (1) city preference of the FIFA Match for FIFA World Cup 2026™ ("Match") they would like to attend if selected as a winner from a dropdown of six (6) city options ("Location") from among the following: East Rutherford, New Jersey on June 13, 2026; Seattle, Washington on June 19, 2026; Los Angeles, California on June 21, 2026; Boston, Massachusetts on June 26, 2026; Dallas Texas on June 27, 2026; or Miami, Florida on June 27, 2026. Upon submission of the completed Form, they will receive one (1) entry ("Entry") into the Sweepstakes. City selection becomes final upon Entry submission and is not subject to change at any time. All tickets are designated by the Sponsor and subject to availability. Limit one (1) Entry per person regardless of the service(s) you have; meaning: Limit one (1) Entry per mobile telephone number for mobile customers or limit one (1) entry per Fios Home Internet account for internet customers, for the entire Sweepstakes Period. The entrant submitting the Entry will be deemed the entrant (“Entrant”) and to whom the prize will be awarded if selected as a winner. All Entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on April 24, 2026 to be included in the Sweepstakes.
4. SUBMISSION:
Automated Entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will result in disqualification of that entrant. All Entries must be complete to be eligible. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, and Sponsor will not verify receipt of Entries. Normal Internet and/or mobile device access and usage charges imposed by Entrants' online and/or mobile service will apply and are Entrants' sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or damaged Entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.
5. RANDOM DRAWINGS:
On or about April 29, 2026, six (6) separate Grand Prize random drawings (one per Location as broken out above), will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received for that Location during the Sweepstakes Period, and one (1) First Prize random drawing will be conducted separately from among all eligible Entries received overall during the Sweepstakes Period. In the event that any Location(s) does/do not receive any eligible Entries or receives an insufficient number of eligible Entries, those Location's prize(s) will be forfeited and all prizes may not be awarded, as applicable. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Entries received for each Location and overall.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Potential Grand and First Prize winners (each, a "Winner") will be contacted via email at the email address provided on the submitted Form. All winners will be required to execute and return a Prize Acceptance Form/Eligibility Verification within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or potential Winner will be disqualified. If Winner notification is returned as non-deliverable, or if potential Winner fails to return the required verification documents within the required time frame or they are ineligible, said potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner will be selected, time permitting. Any prize not claimed in accordance with these Official Rules will go unawarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sweepstakes Entities to use Winner's name, Entry, pictures, and likenesses for promotional purposes in any and all media throughout the universe in perpetuity without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
7. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"):
Six (6) Grand Prizes [one per each of the following Locations for the date specified]: East Rutherford, New Jersey on June 13, 2026; Seattle, Washington on June 19, 2026; Los Angeles, California on June 21, 2026; Boston, Massachusetts on June 26, 2026; Dallas Texas on June 27, 2026; and Miami, Florida on June 27, 2026. Each Grand Prize consists of two (2) admission tickets [one (1) for the Winner and one (1) for a guest] to attend the Match at the Location associated with the random drawing for that Winner selected. The prize excludes travel, hotel accommodations, meals, and amenities. Each confirmed Winner assumes full responsibility for all travel, lodging, and related expenses. The Sponsor's sole obligation to the confirmed Winner is the awarding of the admission tickets. ARV of each Grand Prize is up to: $1,400. Five (5) First Prizes: Each consisting of one (1) Motorola Premium box consisting of one (1) Razr FIFA World Cup edition phone, and one (1) set of Motorola Buds loop (service is not included with prize). ARV of First Prize: $1,898.99. The Maximum ARV of all prizes is $12,894.50. Limit one (1) prize per eligible customer. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner.
Match tickets are subject to terms and conditions stated thereon and seating will be designated by Sponsor. All Grand Prize details not specified in the Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Each respective Winner and guest will be required to attend the Match corresponding to the Location the Winner was selected for on a date specified above, or prize will be forfeited with no compensation. Winner's guest, if a minor must be the Winner's child/charge. In the event a Winner cannot attend the Match, Winner will be disqualified and the Grand Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner, time permitting. In the event that a Winner or their guest engages in behavior that (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) is inappropriate or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threat or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to eject them from the Match, with no further compensation to the Winner. Winners and all guests must follow any applicable protocols in place or required by Location at time of Match. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with any prize provided pursuant to the Sweepstakes and/or any Entrant's/Winner's/guest's participation in the Sweepstakes. Match tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred or applied toward tickets for any subsequent event or for cash. The resale of FIFA tickets is strictly prohibited. Grand Prize Winners will be emailed their tickets within 72 hours of the Match they are attending. First Prize Winners can expect their prizes to be shipped in approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks after their eligibility has been confirmed. All prizes will be fulfilled by Motorola Mobility LLC. Return of any prize as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize.
8. GENERAL RULES:
By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and instructions and by all decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which are final and legally binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All Winners agree to the usage of their name, image, and likeness, and Entry for purposes of advertising and trade in any and all media now known or otherwise developed without further compensation or review, including a Winners' list, unless prohibited by law. By participating, Entrants, Winners, and guests agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any damages, or losses or injuries to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Entrants, Winners and guests further agree not to pursue any right, claim or action against the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Entries, technical hardware/software failure of any kind, lost/unavailable network connections, or failed/incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or app; violates the Official Rules; or acts in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY APP/WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network/app connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability of an individual to participate in or accept a prize in the Sweepstakes, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any typographical error in the printing of these Official Rules, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prizes. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for damages to user's system occasioned by participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading the app or any information to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted and select the Winners from among all eligible Entries received by Location and overall prior to cancellation.
9. MATCH TICKET TERMS:
Winners and/or their guests of any Match ("Attendees") must be eighteen (18) years or older or accompanied by an adult. Attendees agree to comply with the FIFA Ticket Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") applicable to their ticket(s) to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ ("FWC26"), including any restrictions on the ticket holder's ability to resell and transfer such tickets that may apply. The Terms of Use and any other ticket terms and conditions are available (or will be made available) on FIFA.com/tickets. Please note that the applicable version of the Terms of Use may vary depending on the Location of the relevant FWC26 match to which a ticket corresponds. Ticket holders are encouraged to check for any updates to the Terms of Use, and any other ticket terms and conditions regularly. In accordance with the Terms of Use, FIFA reserves the right to cancel any ticket(s) if FIFA determines that an Attendee has failed to comply with the terms and conditions applicable to tickets. Attendees must also comply with the FWC26 Stadium Code of Conduct ("Stadium Code of Conduct") (also available on fifa.com/tickets) and all other venue health and safety protocols and are expected to respect other guests and staff at the event. You, as Winner and your guest(s) are expected to respect other guests and staff at the event and refrain from using foul or offensive language, obscene gestures, or behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent in nature. In this respect, the rules governing FWC26 stadium safety, security and conduct, set out in the Stadium Code of Conduct, the Terms of Use and all other applicable terms and conditions available on fifa.com/tickets are deemed to be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. FIFA reserves the right to cancel any ticket to the event, deny entry to, or remove, any Attendee from the venue if Attendee engages in such behavior. Further, Verizon and/or FIFA reserve the right to prohibit an Attendee from participating in future Verizon-sponsored FIFA experiences or attending future editions of FIFA competitions (as applicable). By using a ticket to attend a Match, each Attendee consents to their person and belongings being searched prior to and/or after entry into the Stadium.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
By entering this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that to the extent permitted by applicable law and by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Entrant; (a) Any and all disputes, claims, and of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or the prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, direct or indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than Entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased to the extent permitted by applicable law. Entrants further agree; that the values of the prizes as set forth above represent Sponsor's determinations of the ARV in its sole and absolute discretion thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of a prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. All dispute resolution shall be made by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
11. NO WAIVER:
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
12. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION VENUE AND WAIVER:
Except to the extent pre-empted by federal or other applicable state law, the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between Entrant and Sponsor, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Jersey, having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of New Jersey without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions thereof.
Entrant irrevocably waives all claims against the NFL Entities (defined below) and agrees that the NFL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way.
13. PRIVACY:
Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent Entrants may otherwise elect at the time of Entry, personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the online privacy policy of the Sponsor. Any communication or information transmitted to Sponsor through Entry, by e-mail or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
