Push to Talk Plus - Add a Contact

Here's how to add a contact using Push to Talk Plus.
  • Ensure the PTT+ app has been updated to the most recent version for Android™ or iOS.
  • The corporate admin has the ability to restrict the creation of personal contacts. Please contact the admin for more info

Import Contact

  1. Open the
    Push To Talk+
     Push to talk app.
  2. From the Contacts tab, tap the
    Add icon
     Add item icon .
  3. Tap Import Contact.
  4. If prompted with "Push To Talk+ would like to access your contacts", tap
    OK
    .
  5. Tap the preferred contact.
  6. From New Contact, do any of the following then tap the
    Save icon
     Done icon:
    A contact name and number are the items required to save.
    • To edit the contact name:
      1. Tap the
        Name field
        .
      2. Enter the appropriate name.
    • To edit the phone number:
      1. Tap the
        Number field
        .
      2. Enter the appropriate number.
    • To edit the Contact color:
      • Tap
        Color
         then select a color from the list.
    • To edit the Contact avatar:
      • Tap the
        Default icon
         (in the upper left) then select an avatar from the list.
        Alternately, tap the Camera or Gallery icons to take or select a photo to use as an avatar.

New Contact

  3. Tap New Contact.
  4. From New Contact, do any of the following then tap the
