  • Port Filtering is an advanced feature. For additional assistance, contact your IT support. To obtain settings, contact the app manufacturer.
  2. From the left menu, click
    Jetpack Settings Settings icon

  3. From the Advanced tab, click
    Continue
    .
  4. Click
    Port Filtering
     (below and to the right of the Advanced tab).
  5. For Port Filtering, slide the
    switch
    to turn ON or OFF.
  6. From the Applications section, select the desired app(s).
    Selected when a check mark is present.
    If the app is not listed, click
    Add Custom Application
     (located in the lower-right) then enter the appropriate info:
    • Email (POP3, IMAP, SMTP)
    • FTP
    • HTTP
    • HTTPS
    • Telnet
  7. Click
    Save Changes
     (located in the lower-right).
