Apple iPad - Manage Siri Settings

Here's how to set up Siri for your iPad and choose when it's available via voice commands.
Siri uses voice recognition to send messages, schedule meetings, place phone calls, etc.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Apple® iPad®
  2. Tap
    Siri
    .
  3. Tap
    Listen for
     then select one of the following:
    If prompted, tap
    Enable Siri
     then following on screen prompts to set up 'Hey Siri'.
    • "Siri" or "Hey Siri"
    • "Hey Siri"
    • Off
  4. Tap the
    Press Top Button for Siri switch
     to turn on or off.
    For iPads with a Home button, tap the
    Press Home for Siri switch
     to turn on or off.
  5. Tap the
    Allow Siri When Locked switch
     to turn on or off.
  6. To manage additional settings, tap the preferred option (i.e., Language, Siri Voice, etc.).
  7. From 'SUGGESTIONS FROM APPLE', tap any of the following to turn or off:
    • Allow Notifications
    • Show in App Library & Spotlight
    • Show When Sharing
    • Show When Listening
  8. Tap the preferred apps to use Siri with, then tap any of the following to turn or off:
    • Learn from this App
    • Show in Search
    • Show Siri Suggestions
