Apple iPad - Add / Edit / Delete a Contact

Here's how to add, edit or remove a contact entry on your iPad.
Expand All
  1. Open the
    Contacts app
     on your Apple® iPad®.
  2. If necessary, tap the
    Sidebar icon
     Back icon to access the Contacts screen.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To add a contact, tap the
      Add icon
       Add icon.
    • To edit an existing contact, select the desired contact then tap
      Edit
      .
  4. Enter or edit any of the info fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email, etc.) then tap
    Done

  1. Open the
    Contacts app
     on your Apple® iPad®.
  2. If necessary, tap the
    Sidebar icon
     Back icon to access the Contacts screen.
  3. Select the desired contact then tap
    Edit
    .
  4. Tap
    Delete Contact
    .
  5. To confirm, tap
    Delete Contact
    .
