If you need to diagnose connectivity problems, running a traceroute from your Windows® 11 device helps you visualize the route your data travels and locate where potential issues are occurring.

Steps

  1. Open the
    Start menu
    .
  2. From the Start Search text box, enter
    Command Prompt
     then press the
    Enter key
  3. Enter
    tracert 74.125.224.147
     then press the
    Enter key
    .
