Ensure your Google apps are up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
  1. Open the
    Settings app
     on your Galaxy S® 6 / S® 6 edge.
  2. Navigate:
    Google
    Gmail

  3. From the appropriate Gmail™ inbox, select an email message.
  4. Tap the
    Reply icon
     Reply icon.
    To reply to all, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon then tap
    Reply all

  5. Enter a message then tap the
    Send icon
