Here's how to allow your LG G Pad X8.3 to auto switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to preserve a consistent data connection.
  1. From a Home screen on your LG G Pad™ X8.3, tap the
    Apps icon
     Apps icon.
  2. From the Apps tab, tap
    Settings
     .
  3. Tap
    Wi-Fi
    .
  4. If presented with a Wi-Fi tutorial screen, tap
    Close tutorial
    .
  5. Tap
    Menu
     Menu icon.
  6. Tap
    Advanced Wi-Fi
    .
  7. Tap
    Avoid bad Wi-Fi connections
     to enable or disable.
