Quick Remote - LG G Pad™ X8.3

Here's how to set up the Quick Remote to use your LG G Pad X8.3 as a remote control for your TV.
  1. From a home screen, tap
    Apps Apps icon
    .
  2. Tap
    QuickRemote Quick Remote icon
    .
  3. Select a room to setup (located at the upper-left).
  4. Tap the
    Add icon Add icon
    .
  5. Point the IR (infared) sensor (located along the top edge of the tablet) at the TV, Set top box, etc.
  6. Tap the
    Power button
     shown on the screen.
  7. Tap Yes or No based on the result.
    Selecting 'No' will reset the code and take you back to the previous step to try again.
