Before you begin

Server addresses, security info and additional support can be obtained from the email provider.

Open the

Start menu

Navigate:

All apps

Mail

Select the

Gear icon

then choose

Manage Accounts

Select the applicable email account/address.

If prompted, enter the following info into the required fields:

Password

Account name

Select

Change mailbox sync settings

Configure the following settings as desired:

Download new email

Always download full message and Internet images

Download email from

Send your messages using this name

Sync options (Tap the switch to turn on or off.)
