Delete via the Admin Web Interface

  2. From the left menu, click
    Messages
    .
  3. Click
    Delete
     (at the right of the corresponding message).
    To delete all messages, click
    Delete all
    (located in the lower-right) then click
    Confirm
    .

Delete via Device

  1. Press the
    Power button
     at the top of the device (with the display facing you) if your jetpack screen is blank.
  2. Select
    Messages
    .
    Utilize the navigation buttons (left/right arrow) to scroll through the options and the Select button (check mark) to select.
  3. Select
    Delete
    then select
    Yes
    .
    If necessary, repeat this step to delete additional messages.
